Gym Facilities at Waterford Crystal Sports & Leisure Centre include:

Our fully equipped gym includes full selection of cardiovascular equipment, threadmills, cross trainers, rowing machines, bikes, cross-over machine, weight training equipment as well as a full selection of free weights, bench presses and squat machines.

Our personal trainer on gym can help you focus on your special goals. We will arrange to give you an initial induction free of charge to get you up and running. Whether you are a new or experienced gym user you are welcome.

We have a 25 x 9 metre main pool as well as a 4 x 9 metre paddling pool, Sauna and Steam room.

A 30 x 13 metre sports hall, suitable for soccer, basketball, volleyball and badminton.
